The Peace Curricula

Audience: Elementary, Middle and High School Students

The Peace Curricula is a social-emotional learning experience developed for elementary, middle, and high school level students. The teaching guides provide a set of activities and discussion topics to help students and teachers best explore the concepts of murder, trauma, grief and loss.

  • PeaceZone: An elementary school-based program for ages 4-11 years old. The goal of this teaching tool is to promote peace, understand and improve student behavior and overcome challenging issues associated with grief and violence.
  • Pathways to Peace: Social-emotional learning tools for educators that foster a peaceful climate in the classroom. This teaching tool was designed for students who are deeply impacted by murder. It gives participants the opportunity to practice and commit to the Seven Principles of Peace: Love, Unity, Faith, Hope, Courage, Justice and Forgiveness.
