Men’s Bond-Fire

Men’s Bond-Fire is a safe and supportive space for men who have been impacted by social issues, such as incarceration, murder, trauma, grief and loss. Connect, eat and bond over the flames as a means to stimulate peace, hope and wholeness. Food will be provided.

Lifesongs Screening & Panel Discussion

Lifesongs is a suite of music videos that combine journalism and music to share survivor stories through words, music, and film. Lucas Phillips is a bassist, composer, and writer in Boston who lost a close friend to homicide while working as a Boston Globe reporter. A graduate of Berklee Global Jazz Institute, his work combines journalism with music, and explores art as a force for healing and social change.

Unsolved Homicide Ambassadors Gathering

The Unsolved Homicide Ambassadors meet once a month to build connection and create collaborative action around their unsolved cases, in pursuit of justice.

This is a space for Survivors whose Loved Ones’ cases are over ten years old and are now considered “Cold Cases”. Food will be served.

Join Us for Peace Play on the Beach! Come together for a day of healing, creativity, and community at the beach. Peace Play on the Beach is a free event designed to support individuals and families impacted by stress, trauma, or community violence. Enjoy a range of therapeutic arts activities—including visual arts and sand tray therapy—led by compassionate emotional support workers. This event is FREE. All ages are welcome and refreshments will be provided. Hosted by Art & Soul Clinic and the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute. Funded by the Better Beaches Grant from Save the Harbor/Save the Bay Accessibility information: Free parking available on site and access to public restrooms. Paved paths from parking lots to event location. We will be located on the sand directly behind the sidewalk with some shaded areas and seating available. Se habla español.
