HEARTplay: Finding Hope in Grief

This youth and family workshop will focus on calming and coping techniques with grief. We will make snow globes and promote relaxation and peace as we go through the winter season.
HEARTplay, a program of Good Shepherd Community Care, is a heart-centered bereavement program supporting children, teens and young adults of all abilities, and their families who are navigating grief and loss. This workshop is a family focused space for healing through connection and creativity.
