Beth Dill is currently retired after being in Finance and Operations at several companies. Her last position was COO/CFO of Stone Temple Consulting, a digital marketing agency, which was sold to Perficient Digital in July 2018. She is currently on the Bethany Hill Board and Chair of Board of Southborough Community Fund. In addition to her volunteer work, she does some financial consulting in the nonprofit sector and teaches weaving. Beth and her husband Eric have lived in Southborough for the past 27 years and have raised three children.
Robert Jenkins is Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development with MassDevelopment Finance Agency. For over 35 years, Robert has worked in community development with a concentration specifically on housing development and small business development. Previous employment includes Executive Director of the Brockton Redevelopment Authority; Project Manager, Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation; Loan Fund Manager, Community Development Finance Corporation; and Massachusetts Housing Partnership. He received his MBA from Curry College and Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Northeastern University. In 2022, Robert was elected to the Town of Easton’s Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Brockton Area Branch of NAACP and Chair of its Housing Committee. He is married to Monica Jenkins and in 2010 they started a wine distribution company, MBJ Wine Group LLC and Monikka Collections. Robert is the proud grandfather of ten.
Cheryl Lang is a public health practitioner with a passion for injury prevention. She currently serves as Program Manager to the Stepping Strong Injury Prevention Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, after having served as the Program’s Project Manager for the previous two years. She assists in developing the Injury Prevention Program, enhancing collaboration efforts among Brigham’s existing injury prevention initiatives, establishing external partnerships, and managing the program’s current initiatives. Cheryl comes to Brigham from Boston Children’s Hospital and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where she focused on integrating poison prevention strategies into community public health initiatives. Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Health degrees at Boston University.
Kaine Nicholas is a dedicated nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to empowering communities and advancing social justice. With over two decades of experience, Kaine has served in various leadership roles across national and grassroots organizations, including as the CFO of YWCA USA, where he oversaw financial operations and supported initiatives that uplift women and families. He has co-founded two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, developed community-based financial programs, and launched economic empowerment initiatives for underserved populations. Kaine’s work is rooted in fostering equitable opportunities and driving impactful change through collaborative, community-driven solutions. As a board member of the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, Kaine is passionate about supporting the Institute’s mission to promote peace, healing, and restorative justice for families affected by violence.
Matt Seltzer is a Managing Director at State Street Bank where he is a Portfolio Manager responsible for a team that manages the bank’s mortgage-backed securities (MBS) portfolio. Prior to joining State Street in 2020, Matt held a number of roles in the New York City area across investment banking and asset management. Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. Matt resides in Weston, MA with his fabulous wife and two amazing daughters.
