The Memorial Button Project

A painful, yet beautiful display honoring the lives of homicide victims. It serves as a powerful statement about the human cost of violence in society. The memorial gives comfort because it cries out silently for Love, Unity, Faith, Hope, Courage, Justice and Forgiveness. The names are real, the faces are real, the memories are real and the pain is real.
The Louis D. Brown Peace Institute has supported the community for nearly 30 years with Memorial Buttons and we pray all whom we served are still holding onto their loved ones Memorial Buttons, finding comfort in them and reflecting on fond memories as you continue to miss those who are no longer here physically.
As of April 1, 2025 we will be discontinuing our Memorial Buttons and Funeral Programs offering internally, however, if you desire this service, please contact:
Studio 24 Graphix & Printing at 617.296.2058 to ask them about their services!
We never want families to walk away feeling empty-handed, however, so if you or a loved one is a survivor of homicide victims, please call 617.825.1917 x119 to inquire about how we may be supporting this tangible need now!
If you would like to book The Traveling Memorial, please call us at 617-825-1917.
