Survivors of Homicide Victims Network (SHVN)
The Survivors of Homicide Victims Network (SHVN) was established so family members of murder victims can work in unity to inform, influence and impact public policy and society’s response to homicide.
SHVN is rooted in the belief that through our lived experience and expertise we can be, and already are, leaders in creating and sustaining more peaceful communities. As survivors, we know better than anybody about the impact of homicide on individuals, families and communities, and we know best what we need to heal.
SHVN offers a community of solidarity and ongoing communications regarding community events and resources, advocacy calls-to-action, healing opportunities and more.
The Survivors Network meets via Zoom on the first Thursday of each month, from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
Please email Kali Geddes or call 617-866-9262 prior to attending for more information.
