The Women Survivors of Homicide Movement is dedicated to families that are impacted by unsolved homicides.  The loss of someone to murder is a devastating situation for any family to live with.  Could you imagine how much more difficult it must be for families not knowing who took their loved one and why?  In black and communities of color; homicides are prevalent and less likely to be solved.  Whether this is due to not having adequate eye witnesses, it is a problem that must be addressed.

Women Survivors of Homicide Movement extends an invitation to you to the first annual Unsolved Homicides Awareness Month 2015.  This event will start on Monday, October 5, 2015 thru Saturday, October 31, 2015.  Our goal is to designate one month that will bring awareness, compassion, and hope too many families that are living without answers or justice regarding who took their loved one and why?   Raise financial support towards a cold case team that would be solely committed to these families, foster positive relationships with law enforcement and communities of color, and encourage society in viewing this crisis as a humanitarian matter.

We need your support by sharing our calendar of events, using our hashtag #UHAM2015 on social media, and participating in events!
